When should you send an eID-protected message?

Actually, there are certainly many answers to that question, but the answer that first comes to mind is when you send personal or sensitive information to the recipient.

Combine with electronic signature

The recipient logs in with BankID, eID or one-time code to be able to read your message and then sign with BankID, eID or one-time code. You can get the signed document in your toolbox or in your email.

and add a signature order

The recipient simply opens your locked message with BankID, eID or one-time code and then signs your PDF file and as soon as the signature is issued, the document is forwarded to person number two and so on.

There are many ways to send protected messages. All you need to send protected messages is a subscription with us and all the recipient needs is an email address or mobile number. Do you have a question or do you want to know more? please contact us 🙂
