You can send out documents that are reviewed and questions can be answered during the meeting and finally signed with eID-signatures or a simple signature.
A simple signature is a signature that the customer signs directly on the document with their finger or mouse. If the customer signs with eID (such as BankID), the signing is cryptographically secure and we lock it with our own qualified certificate. An electronic signature follows the strictest legal rules and can be given a higher legal value.
